Installing the 3CX Android App

This guide takes you through the steps of installing and configuring the 3CX App for Android for versions 7.0 up to 10.0:

📄 Notes:

  • For 3CX version v15.5 PBXs you need to install the 3CX Legacy App. This version is not supported and provided as is.
  • Devices admined/jailbroken or loaded with custom ROMs are not supported.

💡 Tips:

  • You need to authorize the required permissions for the app when first using a feature.
  • Port 5090 TCP and UDP need to be open on your PBX, as the app connects via a secure tunnel by default to ensure end-to-end delivery in low latency environments.

Provisioning the App
